Shipping

• Turnaround Time | Orders (for items that are in-stock) will ship the next business day.
  

• Carrier | We use USPS Priority Mail® for delivery within 2-3 days and no additional Saturday delivery fee.  A tracking number for your package will be included with your shipping confirmation email.
  

• Shipping Rate | Shipping & handling is charged at a flat rate, based on package weight.  All shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.  Shipping fees for any merchandise returned for an exchange or refund will be the responsibility of the customer.
  

• Expedited Shipping Requests | All expedited delivery requests should be telephoned emailed to support@lizandett.com.  We will do our best to meet your time-sensitive needs!  Please note that additional shipping & handling fees will apply.

Returns & Exchanges

• Terms | Unused/unworn merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.  Original tags must be attached.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  Please allow 7-10 days for refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal statement. 
  

• Return/Exchange Form | Click here to download our form. Print and complete this page, then be sure to include it in your return shipment!
  

• Return Shipment | Pack all merchandise in the original packaging, tags included -- don't forget to include the completed Return/Exchange Form!  The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns/exchanges.  Remember to request a tracking number for your shipment!  We cannot be held responsible for any packages lost en route.  Mail to:
