• Terms | Unused/unworn merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.  Original tags must be attached.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  Please allow 7-10 days for refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal statement. 

• Return Shipment | Email us at liz@lizandett.com to request a return or exchange.  We will provide you with the mailing address at that time.  The customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with a return/exchange.  Remember to request a tracking number for your shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for any packages lost in transit.
